  Q: Who pays for shipping? A: Customers cover both ways. Include a prepaid return label inside. 

Q: What if I forget the return label? A: We’ll contact you — but this may delay your order.

Q: How long does recovery take? A: Standard 5–7 working days. Bulk orders may take longer

 Q: Can I choose the colour of my pads? A: Yes, a range of colours/finishes available when ordering. 

Q: Do you supply new foam? A: Normally we recover, but we can replace foam if needed.

Q: Do you take bulk orders? A: Yes! Contact us for custom quotes.

When sending your pads to us, you need two labels:

1. Outbound label – to send your pads to our workshop.

2. Return label – for us to send your pads back to you once recovery is complete.

Option 1: Royal Mail

1. Go to Royal Mail Send a Parcel (https://send.royalmail.com/).

2. Create your outbound label:

• Enter our business address as the destination.

• Pay and print your label.

• Stick it on the box.

3. Create your return label:

• Repeat the process, but this time:

• Enter your own address as the destination.

• Enter our address as the “from” address.

• Pay and print the label.

• Put this return label inside the box with your pads.

Option 2: Evri (Hermes)

1. Go to Evri Send a Parcel (https://www.evri.com/send/).

2. Create your outbound label:

• Enter our business address as the destination.

• Choose drop-off or collection.

• Print and stick on the box.

3. Create your return label:

• Book a second shipment with your own address as the destination.

• Use our business address as the sender.

• Print this label and put it inside the box.

Option 3: UPS

1. Go to UPS Ship Now (https://www.ups.com/ship).

2. Create your outbound shipment to our address.

3. Create your return shipment back to your own address.

4. Print both labels — stick one on the box, put the return label inside.

• Always print two separate labels — one for sending to us, one for us to send back.

• Don’t stick the return label on the box — just include it inside.

• Keep your shipping receipts for tracking.
